1 - Orders
All products are offered in limited drops.
Once an item is sold out, it will not be restocked.
An order is confirmed only after payment has been validated.
2 - Shipping
Orders are prepared within 2 business days.
Estimated delivery times :
• France : 3 to 7 business days
• Europe : 7 to 10 business days
• International : 10 to 15 business days

3 - Products
All items are second-hand and unique.
Minor signs of wear may be present.
Each piece is checked and described accurately.
4 - Sizes
We strongly recommend checking measurements before purchasing.
No returns will be accepted for sizing issues if product measurements are provided.
5 - Drops
Drops are released occasionally in limited quantities (10 to 20 pieces).
Items are not reserved in the cart.

If your request is accepted, return instructions will be provided.
Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
RETURN POLICY
1 - Eligibility Conditions
A return is accepted only if :
• The request is made within 14 days of receipt
• The item is in its original condition
• The item has not been worn (except for trying on)
• No odor, stains, or damage is present
2 - Non-returnable Items
• Sale or discounted items
• Items with explicitly mentioned defects
• Size issues when measurements/cut were provided
3 - Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using tracked shipping.
LOGE Market cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
4 - Refunds
After approval by the LOGE Market team :
• Refund within 14 days
• Via the original payment method
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions.
5 - Abuse
In case of abusive or repeated returns, LOGE Market reserves the right to refuse any future orders.

Prices are listed in euros (€), all taxes included.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
6 - Liability
LOGE Market cannot be held responsible for :
• Normal wear and tear of products
• Improper use • Delivery delays beyond our control
